Brackendell Boarding Kennels & Cattery Conditions

Call Us Now!
For your pet’s wellbeing and the health of other pets at Brackendell Boarding Kennels & Cattery, all animals are required to have up-to-date vaccinations. This includes Kennel Cough vaccinations for dogs, which can prevent or reduce the severity of infection. Vaccinations must be given at least 2 weeks prior to boarding. Please bring your pet’s vaccination certificate with you as we need to sight this upon arrival

First Time Boarding

We require all new dogs to attend an assessment / pre-stay visit (usually a day stay)  prior to boarding. This  allows us the opportunity to get to know your dog, check how sociable they are with other dogs and gives them the opportunity to get to know our environment prior to boarding.

For safety of all pets, dogs should be on a lead and cats in a carrier on arrival. For the safety of dogs, no chokers or studded collars are allowed, as these can be a hazard when dogs play in groups.

We also occasionally take photos of animals in our care. These photos are sometimes used for advertising purposes or shared on our Facebook page. If you do not wish for your pet’s photo to be used in this way, please speak to us.
